Mikko Mäenpää has specialized in employment law, tort law and dispute resolution. Mikko has previously worked as both an in-house lawyer in the Human Resources department in an insurance company and as an expert in a labor market organization, as a result of which he has profound knowledge in the subject area. He has advised small and large companies on a variety of personnel disputes in problem situations and in the planning and implementation of measures.

With his insurance company background, Mikko's expertise also covers insurance and indemnity matters. In addition, he is familiar with disputes related to appartment sales, corporate law issues and commercial property leasing.
