Our partner Jussi Laasonen is giving a presentation at an Tort Law event (Vahingonkorvauspäivä), held by The Association of Finnish Lawyers on 9th of November.

The topic of the lecture is "Liability conditions in international commercial contracts" with special focus on Indemnity Conditions and how interpretation changes in choice of law -situations.
